Buy Trade Initial Identification And Entry Pattern
A buy signal is initially identified with the following pattern or patterns very close to this.
.
.
.
.
Buy Trade Final Decision Pattern
A buy signal is now checked to see if it is a safe trade and to assess how profitable the trade might be.
.
Trade - 60 Quad Buy.
First – The safety is assessed by determining if the upward buy trade is in the same direction of the 240 minute pressure.  If the 240 minute Pressure is upward, then the buy signal is approved. The more upward the 240 minute Pressure the safer the trade.
.
Second – Determine the strength or likelihood of the buy signal to carry from below the Over-Bought Red Line and across the Over-Sold Blue Line.
Individually consider the strength profile of the 60 minute Pressure, the 240 minute Major / Minors, and 60 minute Majors / Minors indicators:
Direction – Does the direction agree with the buy signal by moving upward.
Steepness – The steeper the upward direction the strong the buy signal is supported. The steeper the better.
Agreement – The closer or moving closer the lines are the more agreement there is in the direction of the two lines. Conversely, the farther apart, less parallel, or diverging the lines the weaker the agreement.
.
Collectively consider the strength profile or market directional sentiment of the 60 minute Pressure, 240 minute Major / Minors, and 60 minute Major / Minors:
Not Equal – The 60 minute Pressure, 240 minute Major / Minor, and the 60 minute Major / Minor may not necessarily be considered equally in the collective consideration.
Direction – The average of the direction is considered.
Steepness – A steeper indicator may be given more weight.
Agreement – An indicator with tighter, more parallel, or more converging lines may be given greater influence on the collective market sentiment.
.
Third – Trade safety and strength determines how long to stay in the trade and the longer in the trade the more profitable the trade will be. The more agreement between the direction of the 240 minute Pressure and the other indicators of the Buy Indicator Quad the safer and stronger the trade:
15 Minute Major / Minor – If the trade supports the movement of the 15 minute Major / Minor indicator moving from the Over-Sold region or from below the Red Line to above the Blue Line or into the Over-Bought region then the trade will be more profitable and safer.
5 Minute Major / Minor – A weaker trade and a less profitable trade will only support movement of the Major / Minor pair from below the Over-Sold Red Line to above the Over-Bought Blue Line in the 5 minute chart.
.
Other Considerations:
♦  Be mindful not trade against the 240M PI.
♦  Always consider the overall sentiment and only trade with the generally agreeable total trend.
♦  Watch for last minute changes to get in, stay in, or get out.
♦  Protect trades with a Stop Loss, or better a Hedge (Buy Stop or Sell Stop to limit to an acceptable loss to address later)..
.
.
.
Buy And Sell Trade Exit Pattern
Exit a trade based on the strength of the trade.
.
Trade - 60 Exit - Buy.
The general exit trend:
Buy Exit – The Major / Minors are above the Over-Bought Blue Line and the Grey / Black Minors are flat to turning down and the Red / Green Majors are bending.
Sell Exit – The Major / Minors are below the Over-Sold Red Line and the Grey / Black Minors are flat or turning up and the Red / Green Majors are bending.y
.
When to exit is determined by the strength or market sentiment agreement:
5 Minute Major / Minor Exit – If the trade is weaker, then get out of the trade with the 5 minute Major / Minors. It at times may appear you can get out at the 15 minute Major /Minors, but do not wait as the momentum in the weak trade often breaks against the trade. We are looking for early outs to secure the trade. Once the trade momentum breaks the trade may come back, but it often take a long time. It is best to get into the trade and get out taking some respectable profits than seek the full trade profit range.
15 Minute Major / Minor Exit – If the trade is normal to stronger, then get out of the trade with the 5 minute Major / Minors. It at times may appear you can get out at the 30 minute Major /Minors, but do not wait as the momentum in the trade often breaks against the trade.
30 Minute Major / Minor Exit – Get out at the 30 minute in extreme cases, maybe trade recovery, etc.
.
Other Considerations:
♦  Situational setup lasts for the next or one full 5 minute cycle. Once past get out as soon as possible.
♦  Before exiting check the 240M and 60M quad to see if there is a surprise benefit. Stay in if there is reasonable support that more can be gained in the next moments.  Of course the longer in the more tenuous.
♦  5M exit if questionable and trading against the trend.
♦  15M exit is usual sought.
♦  30M exit with consideration of the overall view, if need to overcome an opposite movement.
